We will provide a full refund within 30 days of your purchase, in the following cases: If you accidentally bought the software more than once. If a significant feature of the prouduct fails to perform in the manner outlined in any written or verbal correspondence, sales material or advertising by Service Definition Software Ltd. If you encounter a reproduceable error which is preventing you from using our software properly, and if we are not able to correct the error or provide a workaround within an acceptable period of time. This is only applicable if your system meets our minimum hardware and software requirements as indicated on our website and product documentation. Before requesting a refund, we ask that customers first work with us to resolve their issues. Our support staff will work with you to diagose the problem and, if possible, resolve the issue before authorizing a refund.
When the customer does not justify the reasons for requesting the refund, or when the reason is that he simply does not like the product. The customer is encouraged to try Service Definition's online demo installation of the product at no cost, and to read the Administrator's Guide, prior to purchase. When reasons which prevent a customer from properly using our software are stated clearly on our official site, or in the product documentation available on our site (for example, due to the customer's system not meeting hardware or software requirements). When the product does not meet customer's expectations due to the absence of features which we never claimed to provide and which are not listed in the feature list for our software.
