These Terms & Conditions of Sales constitute the agreement between SERVICE DEFINITION SOFTWARE LIMITED (an Irish company with registration number 474973, owner of the Service Definition brand software, hereafter known as "We") and anyone considering or making a purchase (the "Customer" or "You") of the Service Definition software products and licenses. These Terms & Conditions of Sales may be modified at any time. The applicable conditions are those published on the Website at the date of purchase.

Pricing
Prices quoted on our Web site are valid at the time of ordering, and are subject to change without notice.

Payment and security
We accept payment with credit cards as well as other methods of payment. The online payment by credit card is made on the secured server of our payment gateway, which guarantees the total security and confidentiality of your transaction. Taxes, import fees, etc.
Our Company Registration Number is 474973. Sales tax is included in the price of sale, unless indicated othewise. Your country's sales tax, custom or import duties, witholding tax, and similar fees are not included.

Product Delivery
We will deliver a customized software package against advance payment by credit card or other accepted means of payment. Once the payment is received and accepted, the Customer will receive a link to download its software package, sent to the e-mail address indicated at the time of purchase. If no communication from us is received within 2 working days (for instance due to an invalid email address), you should contact us by e-mail at sales@servicedefinition.com, with a valid email mentioning your contact details and (if possible) the order confirmation number.

Refunds and order cancellations
Customers are encouraged to visit our Service Definition online demo in order to evaluate the product before purchasing. Except in very specific circumstances, the right of restitution does not apply in the event of the sale of customized software packages and licenses. In general, all payments are only considered to be firm and final, and orders cannot be cancelled once they have been accepted. By purchasing our product, you commit yourself to the following:

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have carefully checked the details of your Order before proceeding to the payment. By proceeding to the payment you become liable to pay the price of the software license indicated on our Web site at the time of your order.

Limitation of Liability
Although we try to correct all errors or omissions as soon as possible once they have been brought to our attention, we cannot guarantee that our products will be free of errors. SERVICE DEFINITION SOFTWARE LIMITED cannot be held responsible for any complaints and/or any proceedings regarding the usage of the Service Definition products or services.

Transfer
The customer is not allowed to assign or transfer rights and obligations arising from this contract.

Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
You acknowledge that you read and accepted these Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as the information about the characteristics of the products or services ordered, the price, delivery, and the conditions of use of the license before placing your order.
The contract is created once you have filled in and confirmed the purchase forms on the Website and once we have acknowledged and proceeded with the order.
